This four bedroom house has two living areas, a full equipped kitchen and a deck on each level for optimal views of the breathtaking sunsets over the Currituck Sound.
Ground Floor
In the carport area is a laundry with a standard sized washer and dryer and outside sand shower. Upon entering the home from the ground level, there is an elevator that ascends to top level of the home. The guest closet across from the elevator has a vacuum, broom and 2 high chairs.
First Floor
Upon entering the home, the fully stocked kitchen with china, glass, silverware, cookware and utensils is to the left with a six person dining area. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, a stainless steel electric range and refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, 4 slice toaster, electric can opener and 12 cup coffeemaker. There are two bar stools facing into the kitchen.
The spacious living area with a 42" flat screen TV, DVD and stero is located on the Soundside with access to a first floor balcony with deck furniture.
Bedroom 1 – Located on the first floor are two twin beds with a 32" TV, alarm clock radio with iPod/iPhone Docking Station, closet with full length mirror doors and private Jacuzzi tub/shower combination bathroom with a double vanity and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 – Located across the hallway on the Oceanside is a king bedded room with views of Station Bay Drive. The room has a 32" TV, alarm clock radio with iPod/iPhone Docking Station, closet with an electronic safe and full length mirror doors and a private Jacuzzi tub/shower combination bathroom with a double vanity and access to the balcony.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs is a sitting area with a 42" inch flat screen TV, a table for four, lounging chair and full size sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 3 – Located on the second floor on the Soundside are two twin beds with a 32" TV, alarm clock radio with iPod/iPhone Docking Station, closet with full length mirror doors and private roll in shower with a grab-bar tub and a single vanity. The room has a private access to the balcony.
Bedroom 4 – Facing the Oceanside with views of Station Bay Drive is a king bedded room with a 32" TV, alarm clock radio with iPod/iPhone Docking Station, closet with full length mirror doors and private Jacuzzi tub/shower combination bathroom with a double vanity. There is no deck or balcony accessible from this bedroom.
