The separate facility located near the sleeping accommodations on the 12-acre resort includes a boardroom and a 1500 square foot meeting room with a large outdoor deck area. The building also houses an Executive Suite that can be used for additional breakout or hospitality space.

While on property, attendees can enjoy a full-service spa experience and dine at one of the two restaurants. The AAA Four Diamond, Left Bank, offers breathtaking sunset views and a daily changing dinner menu. The Lifesaving Station, also a Wine Spectator Award Winner, is open three meals a day and is housed in a restored 1899 Coast Guard lifesaving station. A fitness and tennis complex and indoor pool are also available. Golf, fishing and other water sports are located in close proximity to the property.
