The Sanderling’s freestanding Conference Center offers IACC-certified facilities. While just steps away from the resort’s amenities, it provides total privacy. The beautifully appointed Boardroom accommodates up to 16 persons. The Swan and Heron Rooms can be sep up separately or combined to host groups from 10 to 100 in size.

All meeting rooms are furnished with ergonomically-designed chairs, hard-surface writing tables, adjustable lighting, individual climate controls, and audiovisual and sound systems. Our Executive Suite offers private quarters for meeting planners and group executives and provides an intimate setting for smaller meetings and receptions.

When it’s time for recess, groups at The Sanderling enjoy continuous coffee break service in the foyer. The deck adjoining the Swan and Heron Rooms can be set up for eye-opening breakfasts and receptions. Our catering and banquet staff provides superb food and beverage service with menus tailored to the needs of your group. We also offer a number of popular themed events, and, of course, we’ll be pleased to customize a special event for your group.
