SLOW VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This class is so relaxing that you almost won't realize you're getting a superior workout. The constant flow from posture to posture will increase and expand your lung capacity, leaving you feeling revitalized. This class consists of one hour for asana followed by a 15 minute savasana with yoga nidra and a soothing head massage.

1 hr. 15 minutes – $17 per person
Class schedule: 11:00am Thursday & Friday
Class Schedule: 12:30pm Sunday

YOGILATES

Yogilates is a refreshing combination using stretching yoga postures and strengthening Pilates movements. This class will leave you refreshed and invigorated.

50 minutes – $17 per person
Class schedule: 2:00pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday

GENTLE BEGINNER'S YOGA

Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this gentle class explores postures that relax the body, calm the mind, and strengthen the immune system. Our gentle class was designed to bring about tranquility through breath and pain relief through relaxed stretching. A soothing head massage and guided relaxation follow the asana practice.

1 hr. 15 minutes – $17 per person
Class schedule: 11:00am Saturday

PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION

One-on-one classes available $60 for 2 hours. Please call in advance for availability.

The Sanderling Yoga classes are held in our Yoga Studio. Our classes are open to the public. The spa supplies yoga mats & blocks. Weather permitting, we also offer classes outdoors in a tranquil, natural setting surrounded by benefits of nature in the beautiful outer banks.
