Special Bridal Tasting

We do a bridal tasting in January in conjunction with the local bridal shows. The tasting is free to all contracted brides and grooms. The tasting takes place 6:00-9:00PM. The bride and groom are free for tasting each other person is a $50.00 charge. Parties can expect to taste about 50% of the items requested for tasting as many items can not be prepared in one or two portions.

Food and Beverage

• Prices for food and beverage are based on your actual menu and bar selections
  
• Menus range in price from $59.95 to $125.00 per person plus tax and gratuity for served dinners and dinner stations.
  
• There will be a 20% Service Charge added to all Food and Beverage.
  
• Sales Tax is currently 7.75% and will be added to Food and Beverage.

Menu selections are due no later than 45 days prior to your event date. Customized menus and special dietary requests will be honored, if possible, but may incur a surcharge. Food and Beverage prices will be confirmed at this time.

A final guest count is due five business days before your reception. If the guest count exceeds guarantee, additional charges will be applied to the final bill.

Please ask about customized options for hosting a reception for over 150 guests. The Sanderling does not allow food or beverage from outside providers to be brought to private events.
