Inspired by the rich culture of the Outer Banks, Theodosia is the next stage in Howard’s culinary evolution.
Reservations
We welcome you to make reservations for parties of up to four guests through OpenTable. For larger parties (5 or more), availability is extremely limited and we kindly ask that you submit your request via our Inquire button below. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate all requests on a space-available basis.
