An al fresco evening inspired by the flavors and rhythm of the Mediterranean coast, this experience brings together a vibrant, shareable menu rooted in freshness and simplicity. Guests can graze through a classic mezze spread with hummus, baba ghanoush, marinated olives, and warm pita, alongside bright dishes like watermelon and cucumber salad with feta and mint, grilled lamb kofta with tzatziki, and lemon oregano chicken skewers with garlic yogurt.
Behind the bar, citrus-forward and fruit-driven cocktails set the tone, with a Limoncello Spritz, Mediterranean Mule with fig and ginger beer, and a rosé sangria layered with citrus and stone fruit.
The setting leans airy and transportive, with a white and blue coastal palette, textured linens, ceramic vessels, and olive branch accents. Soft candlelight and bistro lighting, paired with an open-air layout, create a relaxed, seaside atmosphere designed for lingering and easy conversation.
