Spanish Coast Wine Dinner

Experience an intimate evening of exceptional food and wine at The Sanderling Resort. Each wine dinner features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with individually plated dishes paired with distinctive wines selected to complement every course. Set against the coastal beauty of the Outer Banks, these elevated dinners celebrate inspired cuisine, exceptional wine, and memorable hospitality.
Lifesaving Station
Located in the historic Caffey’s Inlet Life Saving Station No. 5, the renovated Lifesaving Station is The Sanderling’s casual, three-meal restaurant celebrating coastal Southern cuisine.
Burger Night
Join us each Monday, November through March, from 5 pm to 9 pm, for Burger Night. Chef Sherman Harris and his culinary team will showcase three signature burgers alongside a rotating monthly creation, each thoughtfully crafted with quality ingredients and inventive flavors.
Prime Rib Night
Every Wednesday | 5–9 PM
Savor a tender, juicy 13-ounce cut of perfectly roasted prime rib, served with velvety truffle-whipped mashed potatoes, rich creamed spinach, savory au jus, and a zesty horseradish cream. A hearty mouth-watering experience worth savoring every last bite.
