Guests will begin with The Gathering Board, a generous spread of house made sausages, artisan cheeses, and warm pretzel rolls with beer mustard—an invitation to slow down, share, and connect. The experience continues with The Bread & Fields, where comforting Parker House rolls, sweet corn and potato chowder, and a bright heirloom tomato salad celebrate the agricultural heart of the region.

At the center of the evening is The Supper Table—a hearty, communal feast featuring beer-braised short ribs, buttermilk fried chicken, stout mac & cheese, and butter-braised green beans. Rich, nostalgic, and deeply satisfying, this course embodies the spirit of abundance and togetherness.

To finish, The Sweet Ending offers a trio of comforting desserts: warm apple crisp, honey cheesecake bars, and decadent chocolate stout cake—each a nod to tradition with a touch of indulgence.
