Fall Release: A Return Inward

October 22-24

Fall Release: A Return Inward is a three-night immersive retreat devoted to shedding burnout and the patterns of over-functioning that disconnect you from your natural rhythm, and restoring steadiness, vitality, and nourishment to body, mind, and spirit through intentional practice, community, and time in nature. As we shift into the fall season, this retreat offers an intentional pause – a space to step away from constant output and the quiet pressure to keep going, and to prioritize coming back to yourself.

Meet Your Host

Brooke German is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher with advanced training in restorative, yin, pre- and postnatal yoga, trauma-informed yoga practices, and yoga philosophy. She is also a trained somatic coach and a certified sound therapist and energy practitioner. Since 2019, Brooke has guided individuals and groups through yoga classes, sound meditations, women’s circles, retreats, and one-on-one sessions- creating spaces that support people in stepping out of constant doing and overwhelm, and reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and natural rhythm.
