The Sanderling Resort sits on 14 acres with just 200 yards separating the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck sounds. With multiple dining options, seven event spaces, and expansive beaches- there is something for everyone! The resort offers two pools, a zero entry kid-friendly pool and a the separate adults only tranquilly pool. During your stay you can book adventures, excursions and much more! Dining
The Sanderling offers multiple dining outlets. From morning coffee and pastries at the Beach House to fine dining at Theodosia, we have a menu and venue for any occasion.

Resort & Pet Fees
The daily resort fee of $50 covers private beach access, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, electric charging stations, high-speed wireless internet, in-room coffee and tea, lawn games and more.
The pet fee paid through The Sanderling Pup Club makes sure your pet’s stay is as comfortable as your’s is! This fee covers the bed, feeding bowls, and pet friendly amenities.
