The retreat includes mahjong for every level, with optional strategy sessions and open social play throughout the weekend. Welcome receptions, a cocktail and mocktail experience, and cozy evening gatherings are all built in for real conversation and connection.
There’s also plenty of time for spa visits, beach walks, boutique shopping, and resort relaxation. Shared meals are part of the weekend as well, including a hosted lunch and a celebration dinner. And with a schedule built around choices, there’s always something that fits how you want to spend your time.
The Weekend
Four days of mahjong, connection, and rest, from a welcoming arrival evening to a farewell brunch with no formal programming. In between, strategy sessions and open play sit alongside spa time, beach walks, and evening gatherings, so every day offers a mix of tiles and time to unwind.
Welcome & Arrival
Arrive, check in, and settle into your accommodations. The evening opens with a Welcome Reception, followed by casual play at The Mahj Lounge.
Learn, Play & Explore
Choose a Mahjong Strategy Session or Open Social Play at The Mahj Lounge, then spend the afternoon between the Lounge, the spa, local shopping, or simply resting. The day winds down with an interactive Cocktail and Mocktail Experience and an evening at “PJs & Pungs,” a cozy gathering with mahjong, dessert, and coffee in casual loungewear.
Play Your Way
A second round of strategy sessions and open play, a hosted group lunch, and an afternoon of themed games, raffles, and free time. The evening builds to a Celebration Dinner and “Sweet Endings,” featuring a champagne toast (or sparkling non-alcoholic alternative), dessert, and one final night of play.
The Mahj Lounge
The social center of the retreat. The Mahj Lounge is staffed during scheduled windows throughout the weekend, offering a space for open play and connection without requiring a full-time commitment.
