Caffey House 6 Bedroom Residence

This exceptionally spacious six-bedroom vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, including a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area. From the third floor, enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean at sunrise from inside the home or from the oceanside deck, which wraps from the kitchen to the south-facing living area. A screened porch offers peaceful views of the Currituck Sound. Guests also enjoy full access to all Sanderling Resort amenities.

Residence Overview

Ground Level

The ground level features an interior laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and a full-size refrigerator for added convenience. Two bedrooms are located on this level, each with four built-in twin bunk beds, and both share a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the left side of the home, two outdoor showers provide the perfect space to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Second Level – Sleeping Quarters

Upon entering the second level:

1. On the right, an oceanside king bedroom includes one king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower
2. On the left, a soundside king bedroom offers one king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower
3. Further down the hall on the left, a twin bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower
4. A second laundry area is conveniently located across from the twin bedroom
5. At the end of the hall, a queen bedroom features one queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Third Level – Main Living Area

The third level showcases full ocean views and partial sound views, creating a stunning setting for gathering and relaxation. A cozy sitting area with an electric fireplace offers a quiet retreat, while the larger living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The dining area includes a wet bar, and the fully equipped kitchen features a range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker, along with an extended counter bar and additional seating.

A screened porch on the sound side is furnished with tables and chairs, providing a scenic space for outdoor dining. A half bathroom is located just off the kitchen area.

Outdoor Access

Caffey House features a private walkway to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in season, with availability upon request during the off-season.
