Caffey House 6 Bedroom Residence

The extremely roomy six-bedroom vacation house sleeps 16, including the use of a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area. From the third floor you have views of the Atlantic Ocean’s early morning sunrise from inside the house or on the Oceanside deck that wraps around the kitchen to the south side living area. Or enjoy views of the Currituck Sound from the screened in porch. Access to all resort amenities is included.

Ground level – Inside house laundry room with Washer, Dryer & one full size refrigerator along with two bedrooms each having 4 built in twin bunks, both rooms share a tub/shower combo bathroom.

On the left side of the house there’s two outside showers.

Upon entering the house on the second level on the right side you have one King bedroom with one king bed, a full bathroom with (walk in shower with tub beside in same enclosure) on oceanside, entry left side one King bedroom with one king bed, a full bathroom with (Walk in Shower) on sound side, down the hall on left one Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with (Tub/Shower combo), 2^nd laundry room across from twin bedroom, at the end of hall you have one queen bedroom with 1 queen bed, a full bathroom with (Walk in Shower).

Third level – You have full ocean views and partial sound views, small sitting area to enjoy sitting in front of an electric fireplace, additional seating in the living room with one queen sleeper sofa, dining room with a wet bar area, & kitchen with long counter bar and additional seating (4 burner full size range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, & coffee maker), there is a screened in porch on the sound side with tables and chairs. One half bathroom off kitchen area.

Caffey House has its own private walkway to the beach where beach chairs & beach umbrellas are provided in season and upon request in the off season.

The Sanderling Resort’s Vacation Rental Homes are reserved exclusively for the use of registered guests unless approved in writing in advance by the resort. Unauthorized use of Vacation Rental Homes is strictly prohibited. Vacation Rental Homes may be reserved for contracted group events.
