Ground Level

A laundry room is located at the back of the carport, to the left of the outdoor shower, and is equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Second Level – Main Living Area

The second level opens into a bright and inviting dining area, kitchen, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen features a range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

To the right of the living room are two king bedrooms:

1. One oceanside king bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in shower
2. One soundside king bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in shower

Third Level

The third level offers an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa, providing extra space to relax. To the right, a twin bedroom includes two twin beds, along with a full bathroom.
