Residence Overview

Ground Level

A convenient laundry room is located on the ground level at the back of the carport, to the left of the outdoor shower, and includes a washer and dryer.

Second Level – Main Living Area

The second level opens into a welcoming dining area, kitchen, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen features a range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

To the right of the living room are two king bedrooms:

1. One oceanside king bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in shower
2. One soundside king bedroom with a full bathroom and walk-in shower

Third Level

The third level offers an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. To the right, a twin bedroom features two twin beds, along with a full bathroom and walk-in shower.
