Ground Level

The ground level features a laundry room inside the home with a washer and dryer. An elevator provides convenient access to all three floors. At the back of the carport, guests will find an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Second Level – Main Living Area

The second level opens into a spacious dining area, kitchen, and living room designed for gathering and relaxation. The full kitchen includes a range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
