Sandpiper 4 Bedroom Residence

This luxurious four-bedroom vacation house sleeps 11, including the use of a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area. Porches with seating overlooking the Currituck Sound (perfect for sunset viewings) are available on both the first and second floor. There are no busy streets to cross for direct ocean access. Access to all resort amenities is included.

Ground level – In the back of carport, there’s an outside shower

Upon entering the house on the second level you enter a hallway with washer & dryer in closet on left, 1^st bedroom on right is one full size bed, & 1 set of twin bunk beds with two twin beds, (uses the shared bathroom), on left side of hall one queen bedroom with one queen bed, uses Jack n Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo, down the hall on left one Full bathroom with walk in shower to be shared,  down the hall on right one king bedroom with one king bed, (uses the shared bathroom), on the left one king bedroom with one king bed, shares the  Jack n Jill bathroom tub/shower combo shared with the queen bedroom.

Upstairs on the third level you have a dining room, kitchen (4 burner full range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, & coffee maker) there is a screened in porch on the sound side with tables and chairs off the dining room. & Living room with one queen sleeper sofa & electric fireplace. One half bathroom off living room area.
