This luxurious four-bedroom vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, including a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area. Residence Overview

Ground Level

An outdoor shower is located at the back of the carport, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Second Level – Sleeping Quarters

Upon entering the second level, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and laundry area. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet on the left.

1. To the right, the first bedroom includes one full-size bed and one set of twin bunk beds, sleeping two, and uses a shared full bathroom
2. To the left, a queen bedroom features one queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination
3. Further down the hall on the left, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower is available for shared use
4. On the right, a king bedroom with one king bed uses the shared bathroom
5. At the end of the hall on the left, an additional king bedroom with one king bed shares the Jack and Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom

Third Level – Main Living Area

The third level serves as the main living and gathering space, featuring a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a four-burner full range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker.

Off the dining area, a screened-in porch on the sound side offers tables and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable setting for evenings in. A half bathroom is also located off the living area.
