This three-level, four-bedroom residence features a full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker, plus dining and living areas. First- and second-floor porches overlook the Currituck Sound, creating a relaxed setting for sunset views, and direct ocean access means no busy streets to cross.
Bedroom 1 includes one full bed and one set of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 2 includes one queen bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each include one king bed, and the living room features a queen sleeper sofa. A porch with table and chairs off the living room offers additional space to enjoy Currituck Sound views.
Guests in The Residences have access to Sanderling Resort amenities. Daily towel and trash service are included, with full housekeeping provided every fourth day.
